Terms
Gardskarlen Transport & Handel (GK) have a business tax certificate (F-skatt).
Gardskarlen Transport follows the rules set
out in the Swedish
ALLBUD with the following amendments:
All deviations should be acknowledge in writing to be valid.
All
assignments are charged return-trip and all starts/ends at our garage in Dalstorp, Sweden.
Cancellation of confirmed assignment, oral
or written, later than 24 hours before the assignment begins, is charged with 25% of confirmed price.
Terms of payment are 10
days net on approved credit check, prepayment or by agreement. Private person - prepayment.
All prices are offered
excluding Swedish VAT (25%), if not written otherwise.
Do you want to complain about services recieved, you must do this to GK
no later than 5 days after you have received the service performed.
